The Hard Truth: Reborn Abroad Is a Consulting Service Not a Welfare Program 🇻🇳

Let’s stop wasting time and be very clear.

Reborn Abroad is a consulting service. I work with paying clients. I connect them to reliable HR networks, service providers, and real estate agents, and place them into an established network so they can move efficiently with the right people around them.

That’s what I do.

I am not a job board.
I am not a recruiter posting vacancies.
And I am definitely not here to answer your questions for free in my inbox.

If you’re messaging me like I’m offering jobs, you haven’t even understood what I do, which already tells me you’re not a serious client.

If you want free information, go watch the YouTube channel. That’s what it’s there for. Use it.

Now let’s get into reality.

I do not control Vietnamese employers.

I don’t decide who they hire. I don’t influence their preferences. I don’t make exceptions happen. I work with recruiters and HR contacts who already have fixed hiring criteria and I operate within that system.

I put people into an established network, but I cannot force the Vietnamese hand and I cannot change their cultural or employment preferences.

That’s it.

A lot of the messages I receive are from people who are nowhere near meeting the basic requirements of that system.

If you are from a country where getting a tourist visa is already a major hurdle, then you are dealing with a barrier that exists long before employment is even a conversation.

So no, I cannot fix that.
No, I cannot bypass that.
And no, messaging me is not going to change that.

That’s not me judging you. That’s me telling you the reality of how the market works.

I don’t create these conditions. Vietnamese employers do.

My network is built around what employers are actually looking for, typically native English speakers or European non native speakers who fit their hiring preferences.

That is who I can realistically help.

My pricing is also built for clients who are in a position to act, not people trying to overcome visa issues, hiring restrictions, and financial limitations all at once.

And this is the part that needs to be understood clearly.

It is not my job to solve the problems of the third world.

That’s not an insult. That’s not a judgment. That’s a statement of what my service is and what it is not.

My job is to help people who already have a viable pathway move faster and avoid mistakes.

If you don’t fit that category, there is nothing I can do for you.

Messaging me anyway, asking for free advice, or expecting exceptions is just wasting time, yours and mine.

So keep it simple.
