Da Nang Drug Ring Busted: ‘Hot Girl’ Allegedly Led Foreign-Focused Network 🚨🇻🇳


Authorities in Da Nang have dismantled a drug distribution network allegedly operating through hotel meetings and online contact points, with reports indicating the group was supplying foreign nationals and tourists.


Police identified the main suspect as La Thi Ngoc Anh, a 24-year-old woman known online as “Hot Girl.” Investigators say the network was distributing substances including ketamine and so-called “happy water,” with transactions coordinated through social media and direct delivery arrangements.


Ms. Anh was arrested at a hotel in Da Nang while allegedly preparing a delivery to a client. During the operation, police also detained Mr. Man Jian Xiang, a foreign national suspected of organizing drug use at the scene.


The case was then expanded, resulting in further arrests of Mr. Xu Ming Chen and Mr. Yu Xun, both foreign nationals allegedly linked to additional drug seizures carried out in a hotel room.


Another suspect, Ms. Pham Thi Xuan Nho, was arrested for allegedly storing and distributing narcotics within the network in exchange for payments reportedly exceeding 500,000 VND per delivery.


Several individuals tested positive for drug use and remain in custody while investigators continue to examine the wider structure of the operation.


The case is part of a broader enforcement action in Da Nang targeting small-scale distribution networks operating through nightlife and short-stay accommodation channels, particularly those involving online coordination.
