Russian Previously Detained with Alleged Stolen Laptops and Passport Reportedly Returns to Da Nang Complex 🇻🇳

A Russian man previously detained after allegedly being found in possession of stolen property, including multiple laptops, bags, and a passport, has reportedly resurfaced at the same residential complex in Da Nang.

According to residents, the suspect was previously taken into custody and later referred for psychiatric treatment following an investigation into a series of alleged apartment thefts at the building.

In the latest reported incident, residents claim the same man entered an occupied apartment while the occupants were asleep before leaving after being spotted by a cleaner inside the unit.

Authorities have not publicly confirmed the latest alleged incident, but residents say the matter has been reported to police and concerns over building security have resurfaced.
